As a London events photographer, it was certainly a dream come true to finally shoot at the V&A Museum as it’s a such a wonderful space. Celebrating the life and work of Mary Quant, this was a 60’s throwback like no other as guests arrived in mini skirts and Mary Jane heels. Guests included Jasper Conran, Phillip Treacy, Pam Hogg and the vivacious Pattie Boyd! The displays were perfectly put together showcasing the best of her designs, a real treat for fashionistas. The 60’s was such a seminal time for fashion and music and this exhibition really represented the excitement and possibilities of those times! Here is a selection of images of the night……
